my game is stuck on finalising and will not download

I went to open my game and it said there was an error so I uninstalled and have tried to reinstall it got to finalising and it has been stuck on 72% for nearly an hour idk what to do.

    Mine is also got stuck at 72% in download phase. then i tried canceling it and it hasn't moved since, but says it's cancelling the download.  When I try to do 'app recovery' it tells me to close my game first (no game is open). HELP!
