My Sims 4 game keeps crashing 2025

My game keeps crashing soon as I load my game ever since January's Update I did the clean save, removed all mods and still keeps crashing If anyone have any ideas pls let me know I'm using a Mac ...

same thing happen... i only have one save game.. i play generation... i want to build new newcrest world.. but i can't even go into build mode... the game just quit
