My Sims game won't run or tell me it won't load

I have a MacBook Air M1 chip. with the Tahoe 26.2 update. I've been playing the sims on this laptop ever since I got it back in 2023. I've always played with mods as well and all of  a sudden my game won't even load. I run the app and it just exits out back to the EA App. I've done everything the internet has recommended, deleted caches, removed mods & saves, repaired the game in app, and given full disk access. It still won't work, please help.
