Packs disappeared.
I had multiple packs on my mac for sims 4 and after an update they all disappeared and i have no proof of my mac that it was bought. but on my credit card i do. so i don’t know what happened or what to do and i really need help.

Hey Kadybug333,
Just to check, are you still missing your packs? Have you tried clearing the EA app cache yet in case that makes your packs appear?
If that didn't help, were you prompted to log in again jst before you lost all your packs? If so, it might be that you've simply logged in with the wrong account, which seems likely since you can't find your purchases in your order history. Do you have any other accounts with us?
