[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Each time I open sims4 my saved game is missing along with custom content that I have downloaded. Its been like this for two days, is anyone else having this problem or have a solution please?

@minnie474  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Is OneDrive or iCloud Drive, respectively, syncing the contents of Documents?

    My laptop runs on macOS, I have a iCloud Drive with my Electronic Arts folder in there.

      @minnie474  I've merged your posts with the master thread for this issue in macOS.  Please see the first post for troubleshooting instructions, and if you need more help, post back describing what still doesn't work.

        @puzzlezaddict my sims have created a new mods folder and I can’t seem to find my old custom content, it’s not in the bin nothing.
