Refund Request - The Sims 4 Date Night Bundle

Hello,I recently purchased The Sims 4 Date Night Bundle, but I realized I mistakenly bought it thinking it was the Passionate Romance expansion, which is the content I actually wanted. I already own most of the kits included in the bundle, so I didn’t need to purchase it again.I would like to know if it’s possible to request a refund for this purchase, so I can buy the correct expansion instead.Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.Best regards,Luiza

luizaamartinsc&nbsp; Yes, it's possible to at least make the request, but you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask for help. DLC is typically not eligible for refunds, but support can make exceptions in certain cases, for example if you already own some of the content in the bundle and therefore paid twice for it. &nbsp;I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.&nbsp; If you don't see the option, try this link:

An alternative is to choose "can't login" or similar, which should always offer the live chat option.
