Hey, my game is not playable atm, every time i add a new sim in, get them set up the game crashes, then when i go back in the newbie id created isn’t there. House or person.
even if it doesn’t crash when i re open the game nothing is saving?
have unabled the mods - no difference

have you checked that your save files are all good? you may have a corrupted one in there. when i spoke with EA help recently i was told that sometimes new updates can corrupt save files- i hope this helps!
How do I check these are ok or corrupted?
casaammari what do you mean by "get them set up"? Is the game crashing in CAS? If so you won't have a save file for that household yet.

Ok. At which exact point is it crashing? In CAS? At the loading screen? On the map screen? On the Lot?
