Sims 4 will continuously load

Please read what I've shared already, I've also done all those steps, and no progress.
I created a new Mac User to see if that would work, and no luck either

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, the game just will not load for my macbook
What happens when the bug occurs? I will click Play, and sims 4 will open up, but stay on loading page with music and plumbob loading
What do you expect to see? I expect to get to the main menu
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So, I just completed a factory restore on my Macbook Air M1, downloaded origin, and Sims 4
I am still having loading issues. I have not downloaded anything else

I absolutely read what you posted but don't see where you stated you tried a clean Sims 4 folder, you simply said that you tried to delete Origin and Sims 4 files without going into any further detail. You haven't provided full specs of your Mac, nor which version of macOS you are running.
More info is needed on what exactly you have successfully deleted, what files you weren't able to delete, and proper Mac specs before I can help you further.Mac OS Sonoma 14.1.1
I've gone into Document folder, and moved/deleted EA folder completely.
I've gone into Applications and deleted origin, and sims 4
I've gone into Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Origin and deleted the folder completely
