Sims 4 won't launch - Tried everything - I have no Mods

The same thing happens to me, I've tried to get in touch with EA assistants as well and none of the 3 I've chatted with can provide a solution.

    Same here - just tried to do the update and still nothing. let me know if you find a solution!
