Sims 4 Won't Load; Cannot Get Past Loading Screen

I am also having the same issue and have also lost so much of game play with these constant issues. I also just purchased both of the new stuff packs. This is ridiculous, EA and the sims should face some sort of penalty with all these issues and people spend so much money on these games. So annoying.
