SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!!!

I have been my sims 4 basically downloading for 5 weeks now and I feel like a mad woman!!!!! I have cleared the cache about 100000 times and tried everything even uninstalling the pp and putting it back. at this point I don't know what to do anymore! Game tells me it needs to update, I select the update option and it just never stops. a never ending cycle! I tried contacting support, it told me resume my case I did then it says fixed all of this is stressful I just wanna play!

    Yikes. If this was in game, I'd say it may be mods. But it's the loading process ...... Only thing I can think of - and it's a bit on the drastic side, I know - but you're only option looks to be a complete uninstall and re-install. Games, app, the lot. If that still doesn't work.... it may be that you could need to look at your system. Try the uninstall, re-install first and see how that goes.
