the sims 4 is undownloading repeatedly when i put in my old cc folder

what the title says. on friday, my game wasnt opening at all so i removed some problematic cc then extracted my cc, tray, and save file folders and put it on my desktop. when i went to repair the gam...

@h4rv3stch1ld  Where is Sims 4 installed, at least when it's installed?  You can check in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties:

i believe it used to be under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ so idk why it changed. also i'm on Mac, not PC i misclicked...

    Open a Finder window and enable the path bar in View > Show Path Bar. Navigate to your installed base game app in Finder, take a screenshot of the whole Finder window showing the base game installation and the Sims 4 Packs folder and post it here please.
