Unrecognized video card, Can't click

Just bought a new imac. Went to start my sims4 game and it says the video card was recognized and not in the database. I can NOT even get past the main screen as nothing I'm clicking on is working. I try to bring up the game options and I can't click on things because it seems it isn't recognizing my clicking! My cursor is a magnifying class with a "+" in the middle NOT the usual arrow cursor.

I have tried all the "fixes" I found online but none are solving the issue of me not be able to click on anything on the main screen.

HELP!

 

Also is there NO option to contact support? I can not open a new case or find a chat that isn't a bot. I can NOT click on Tech support IN GAME for the above mentioned issues.

    This sounds like you, or someone with access to your computer, have possibly changed the default settings somewhere in System Settings > Accessibility > Zoom.

    When the "Unrecognised video card" message comes up, if you can't click on "Ok" to clear it can you press the Enter/Return key or the Escape key to clear it?
