nikolinaj Please try a new save, for comparison's sake, and let me know whether you can play there.
If you get an error code when trying to load a household in the old save or the new one, please post a screenshot of that as well.
And I would like to see a full dxdiag, saved as a .txt file. You can attach it to your reply using the paper clip icon.
