I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

Has anyone else had their expansion packs and add-ons disappear? Ever since the new update mine are all gone? They show in my recently downloaded but aren't even showing in purchased history.

If they are, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button. If that doesn't work, close the game, delete UserSetting.ini in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and check again for your packs.

thank you, it worked. but i swear i didn't have the option to download them yesterday. But basically i downloaded them back in the ea app through the add-on manager.
