jasminwnot The errors in your dxdiag point to a system issue, not anything specific with Sims 4. It's certainly possible that the game is the only software currently triggering the issues, but that doesn't mean the game is the problem.
So please start by reinstalling the chipset drivers for your laptop. This is the download page:

It's fine to reinstall over the top of your existing install. Restart afterwards.
If you get another crash or freeze, I'd like to know what error is happening while you're playing. So please have a look in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash/freeze. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
