nd0y84s8czcg Are you sure you're in the correct account? A number of players have accidentally created a second account recently, especially when switching over to the EA App, to the point that this is far and away the most common cause of missing content. So please try signing into the App with any other email address you have access to.
If you can't find another account, go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and see whether your purchases appear. If not, you're likely in the wrong account.

I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue. Some categories also offer the choice to continue without signing in, which should offer live chat as an option.
