All Sims/Lots I Created GONE from Gallery

with this newest update, I seem to have lost all of my sims/lots/rooms I had in my Gallery Library from over the years I've been playing this game, since it released. I've reset my game, I've restated EA app, no mods, I even uninstalled and reinstalled(due to a different issue). I don't know what to do.

i have a similar, but different issue. my saves are all there but now my gallery of sims and lots from over the YEARS is completely empty. all of my work/progress and legacies gone.

  • TheWitch_Kris  Do you mean your content is gone from the online Gallery?  Or is it gone from your own in-game Library?  And does it help to check the "include custom content" box?  Some lots can be flagged as having cc even though they don't.

My whole library is gone. Even when I click the include CC box, it’s all gone. Only things still in my library are the base game lots that come in your library from MAXIS.

  • TheWitch_Kris  If OneDrive has ever been running on this computer, whether you've used it or not, try looking on onedrive.com, both in My Files and the Recycle Bin.  The file names would be seemingly-random strings of characters, but you'd recognize them by the fact that they were or had previously been in a Tray folder.  If you find any there, restore them.

You can also search your computer for a Tray folder.  You'll have one that's likely empty, but perhaps there's another one somewhere.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter tray in the search field in the upper-right corner of the screen.  It may take a while for the search to finish.  Check each result for stray files.

If you do find Tray files and restoring them to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray doesn't help, please post a screenshot showing the file names and sizes.

  • Hey hey ervrybody. I don’t know if this will help but I had the same or similar problem to you all here. But I remembered I’d gone in to game settings at the last update and toggled the “online social feature access” option. So I went back in to settings >game options>other and in the first column of check boxes is the first option “Online Social Feature Access”   I didn’t restart game after changing this. In fact I’m as of now playing but I would suggest maybe restating the game just in case. If anyone lost their saved lots I’m super sorry hopefully this will help
