All vacation lots are "not available to rent at this time"
lot Not available to rent at this time error. I have removed all cc and mods. Running on Mac & using snowy escape.

Did you change that lot to be a rental lot ?
Doesn't look like you did. You need to pick one of those that have the little sun icon (or go to build mode and change that one into a rental)
