"Origin is not installed and is required to play your game"

SimsManiacIGuess​  Are you trying to launch Sims 4 through the EA App library or through its desktop shortcut?  The Origin error is old and hasn't been replaced yet, but it's entirely possible that the underlying issue is the same: the game is trying to open and not detecting the launcher.

Point is, make sure the EA App is open and fully loaded, then launch Sims 4 from within your library.

If that doesn't work, clear the EA App's cache:

Uninstall the App, restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the installer, and run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Then try to launch Sims 4 again.

it's not allowing me to do any of this

dee15644​  What is your issue, and what happens when you try each of the suggestions?  Please describe what you see or post screenshots.

same as above screen shot and my earlier screenshot in this thread when I try to run the EA app 

dee15644​  Are you the same person as originally posted?  Because I don't see a screenshot from you, just the other username.

And again, I don't understand what you mean when you say "it's not allowing" you to do this.  I want to know how it isn't allowed, as in, what happens when you try.  There is no reason you should get the error message in the OP when following the troubleshooting steps themselves.  If you CAN do those steps but they don't help, that is an entirely different matter.

getting both of these from the other person I get and this i get

SimsManiacIGuess​  Please manually open this location in File Explorer:

C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop

If there's another EA Desktop folder inside, open that.  If you see EADesktop.exe inside there, double-click it to open the App, and let me know what happens.

If you don't see EADesktop.exe, restart your computer and delete the first EA Desktop folder.  Download a fresh copy of the EA App installer and run it.  If you're asked to repair, choose that.  Then try again to open the App, through the desktop shortcut first if you want, but if that doesn't work, from EADesktop.exe as described above.

I can't find program files or electronic arts

dee15644​  I promise you that any Windows computer has a folder called Program Files directly on C.  It's how Windows sets things up, and you'd have a lot of other software installed there.  So please open a File Explorer window, click This PC on the left, double-click the C drive, and have a look.
