please just help me fix my sims 4 game man... ever since the August 19th update I've had more headaches and problems than anything, now it's an issue on your end.

If none of those work, please post a new dxdiag. And please test everything else in a new, local, admin Windows account, just to be thorough.
In case someone ends up here instead; for me it was my Windows Firewall blocking the game
