Audio lagging/repeating
I’ve had this issue for months now where my audio is lagging/repeating I’ve tried updating my audio drivers removing all my mods and custom content doing a clean boot and repairing but the problem persists.

Please also try a different sound device that uses a different type of connection, e.g. built-in speakers vs. headphones connected via jack.
I've tried different connections, but the problem continues to persist here's the dxdiag
