SharkieChiko The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are somewhat generic, in that they can be caused by anything from a bad mod to a corrupt graphics driver. Are you using any mods or custom content? If so, please remove the entire Mods folder and test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, or you have no mods or cc at all, try forcing the game to launch in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen (just that, not a longer entry with "fullscreen" in the name), and set it to 0 (zero).
If that doesn't help either, please let me know whether you're having exactly the issue the other players described, or something slightly different. A lot of these issues can look similar but have distinct triggers.
