Black screen again!!!!

Crin,

Would really like to use Origin In play but will check to see if it solves the issue with it off.  In the meantime DxDiag is below.  Thanks for you help to date

Are you using the new Origin Beta client or the current stable version ?

Maybe trying the beta version helps too ?

You only seem to have a graphics chip in your computer and no card. What do you have your settings on ?

    Hi Crin,

    Using Origin Version 9.12.0.34172 - 427388, is this a beta version?.  I have tried turning off the Origin in game mode, this did not make a difference.  he graphics setting are set to 1280 x 1024 with a 75hz refresh rate for the PC.  With this in mind however, I have revised the in-game resolution to 1280 x 800 appears to have help.  I still have to use the Alt-Tab trick to get around the bug, whereas previously even this did not work.

      The new beta looks completely different so it's easy to spot. Does sound like you have beta.

      Can you try other resolutions ?

        Will try other resolutions. Am on holiday for the next week. Thank you for the help 😃 .
