oceannetavarez Your dxdiag lists a couple of crashes of the graphics driver, or one of them at least. You can try updating to the newest Nvidia driver:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/results/253163/
If that doesn't help, do a clean uninstall of the driver and reinstall it, as described here:

Hey, I appreciate your help a lot. I did what you said but the problems persists, even after re-installing the driver as you indicated. Here's a video of said problem and also a new dxdiag too.

Another update: I just tried running my game without the mains The Sims 4 folder. I moved it to my desktop and started the game, everything was fine until I clicked on a house to start playing on live mode and then my laptop freezed again, got a black screen and had to restart my laptop. I even had to wait for like 15 minutes because the laptop wasn’t even turning on.
