Bought a pack, got the honor of paying for it twice! EA is fraudulent!

A big warning about buying directly from EA! If you ever get an issue with a payment you are screwed as EA support is non existant. I have 6-7 opened cases but there is no answers and no support for any of the. 

Only way is to go throught the credit card company and open a case there. Never in my life have i ever seen such fraduelent support from a company. This is most likely illegal in the EU that a company do not have a way to get support.

So never buy anything directly from EA as there is no support, get it from Steam, EA or any other option, heck even keystores is way better! I guess it is what EA would prefer as well!
