Bought B&H but it won't download?

Hi all! I just purchased the new expansion pack but it's not downloading for someone. I was wondering if anyone had any advice?

I purchased it throught the EA app and with the same account. All my other add-ons show up as "you already own this add-on" but businesses and hobbies doesn't? It just prompts me to purchase the game again...

I received the order confirmation email and checked my bank account and the charge is pending. When I check my order history, it says completed and fulfilled and that all items have been delivered digitally or shipped.

While I received the order confirmation code, I never received a confirmation code to redeem that I can find... it's not showing up in the purchase details or in the email I received, so there seems to be no way to redeem the game.

I looked into contacting ea support but what a joke, there seems to be no way to do so?? I opened the game and all the packs showed up one after the other, except for busniesses and hobbies. When I go to the sims store in-game, it prompts me to purchase busniesses and hobbies, but when I click on it, it says I already own the pack...? Am I just out $40??

    Just leaving this comment here to help anyone else that might experience this:
    Basically, I pulled up my account on my old computer and was able to download the pack from there. For some reason, it would not appear in the library on the computer I bought the game on... so concerning...
    I then went back to my laptop and forced the ea app offline. When I opened it again, the game was downloaded. (I'd opened and closed it many times during this process with no changes, so I think when the app went offline it was able to reset?)
    Anyway, panic over haha
