Bought the R&L Bundle - only have the EP not kits or bonus in my library

Sul sul, 

pretty much as stated in the title. I got weak and bought the new EP bundle via a key seller. It explicitly states it is the bundle. When activating the key it also clearly stated it showed the bundle as well. However, I can only download the EP and it says I neither own the two kits nor the pre-order bonus content... 

Is there anything I can do? Any help would be appreciated! Or do I have to accept that I got scammed.

    Hi EA_Solaire​, thank you for following up!

    I bought it from G2A - it clearly lists it as a bundle and even the installed EP has the icon of the bundle. 

    I would be happy to refund the inclompete version (if that is even the case) but I am afraid it won't be possible because I already activited the key. 

    Do you think there is any hope to fix this?

    If you didn't receive any additional codes for the other content, you'd need to contact G2A directly for either a refund or replacement codes.
