Bought The Sims 4 but it's not showing up in my library.

I created a new account yesterday and bought The SIms 4 with the Get to work bundle. It's been a day and i have not received my game yet. it's not showing in my library or any where. i have checked my order history and the payment went through just fine. I bought the game and wanted to be able to download and play immediately. What is this * EA??? I have tried to contact the so called "Advisers" the whole night but this bs program doesn't work at all. And yes i have tried all of the browsers and have turned off the firewall and nothing, No answer from EA. Why can't we just e-mail EA instead of having to wait for the Live Chat for hours??? This is so frustrating. Can anyone help me with this problem??? Thank You in advance.

    I still have the problem. The game have not shown up in my library yet. This is BS, I don't expect this from EA. And the live chat don't work for *.

    Start Origin and Click Games then Reload Game Library. See if that helps.

    I have the same problem also ,I bought the basic game last year and I play every day but today my game disappeared in my library and in my order history.

    What should I do? Do I have to wait? Or restart Origin and my computer again and again?

    If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.
