Try opening the gallery and replace the lot with another. See if that helps.
Tried that did not work but I’m starting a new game today ty for your thoughts

Probably your problem is related to the problem with downsized flat round.
If it was used in the buiding you will not be able to delete it. Unfortunately, such a house with a bug can be upload to Gallery.

I can't bulldoze anything either. This has been going on for months now. I have tried repairing the game and uninstalled, but still problem persists.
