Invisible Save File

Hi,
I tried looking for remedies about this online, but I can't. I have a family that I have played for probably 5+ hours since Saturday, (definitely played on Saturday & Monday) updated the game yesterday and played a different save file, and now the save file I know I saved and quit out of Monday (no recorded crash) is not showing up. It says the last time that save file was saved was Thursday (wrong??). I also can see the saves in my save folder as last being saved at 9pm on Monday, but they aren't visible in game. I do play with mods (MCCC and UI), but I deleted both and this is still happening. I also tried renaming the file to see if I could get it to pull up.

    jennakiwi  All of the saves in your last screenshot are backups.  To make one of them load, you need to delete the .verx extension.  If Windows tells you there's already a file with that name, choose a different number.  (It needs to be exactly eight digits long.)  But it would be best to choose a number that starts with 0000, as the game sometimes has trouble reading saves with higher numbers.
