bug making my game go black

I have an annoying bug in my game which is making me really frustrated. every time I enter the game it just goes black for a few second and then comes back to normal. it happens a lot more if I enter edit the sims or just the build mode. I don't know how to fix it, I tried repairing the game and it doesn't work. I updated all my drives and still doesn't work. it's annoying and I need help to fix it. I can't play properly with this bug.
