Tashigi_nee-sama I don't see anything in your dxdiag that is clearly a problem. There are a few errors that might be a problem, but only if you're having technical issues that are related to these errors.
The tech/gameplay/bug distinction is important here because it determines what kind of help you need. I don't want to try to solve a technical issue that doesn't exist—that would waste my time and yours. All dxdiags have errors in them, and many of these errors mean nothing in practical terms, in that they don't affect your ability to use your computer. So it's not helpful for me to see an error that might mean nothing and try to fix it unless you definitely have a technical issue.
The bug reports I linked cannot be solved; EA has to fix them. Gameplay issues are those that involve the game not doing what you want it to: sims getting stuck, not listening to commands, options missing, that kind of thing. These aren't computer issues, so troubleshooting your computer won't help either.
So to see how much of what you've described is a tech issue, please start a new save with a fresh sim, living on a default EA lot (nothing from the Gallery or your own library). Let me know whether you see any stutter or lag or the sim takes a long time to respond. These are the only potential tech issues I see in your original post. For the rest, please post in the existing bug threads or in new threads in the Gameplay forum.
