Buying packs on Steam and EA

If you look over the order history on your EA account, what status are you seeing for this transaction? 

I have the same thing, but it was a fault of the game that made the first purchase go through EA. I didn't know and tried to find it on Steam. When it wasn't there I thought it had failed and so bought it again. The Steam purchase worked, but EA won't give my money back, even though the file never downloaded, and it was less than 14 days since the purchase. Each time I go through the live chat, the person will disappear so that the chat times out and I have to start again.

EA are thieves. I've told them I'm getting my money back. I am so angry now. Their not getting away with this

PeachCobShine​  There's no way to transfer your Steam purchases to the EA App.  If your EA and Steam accounts are linked, your content should all work together, but if you can't or don't want to link them, then the only thing I can suggest is getting a refund from Steam.

If you do want to link your accounts, you'll need to uninstall your current copies of Sims 4 and reinstall only through Steam.  You'd then download your EA App-owned packs, but NOT another copy of the base game, and everything should load as if you owned it all in Steam.  Please see the "I have a Steam install" section of the first post of this master thread for more information:
