Can’t click in start up screen/new game
When loading the Sims 4 game (it doesn’t play any sound but will load all the way to the Home Screen/load new game screen but as soon as I click anything it will glitch to black and then a white screen, and then get stuck there, either on a white screen or the Home Screen. I have literally tried everything, my last resort was to reset my computer and wipe my drives. So I reinstalled everything and still getting the same issue. I have no mods. I’ve verified the game. I don’t have an option to repair the game in my EA app. I’ve downloaded DirectX and Visual C++ and nothing fixes it. Every single trick and tip on YouTube and in forums I have tried and nothing is fixing. I do have some dlcs but that’s it everything is fresh and new. Please help, I don’t want to never be able to play again 😭
