Can anyone help me figure out what this LastCrash.txt is trying to tell me?
I am trying to figure out what this means and what is going wrong with my game. Anyone able to help?

NikkiHeat1234 The lastcrash didn't attach, but that's fine; most of the info is incomprehensible to anyone who doesn't work for EA. What I see in your dxdiag is that you've connected your monitors to your motherboard. Please plug them directly into your graphics card instead. The GPU should have DisplayPorta and HDMI ports available.
Your C drive is also very low on free space. So please move whatever you can to D. 25 GB free is a good goal, but if it's not feasible, get as close to 20 as you can.
If these steps don't help, please post a new dxdiag.
Alright thank you! I have moved the plugs to my monitor and will be buying some more space for my drives soon so hopefully that helps!
