MajXkisx Not quite. Here's the process:
- Uninstall Sims 4 through the EA App
- Claim Sims 4 in Steam if you haven't already
- Download the game and launch it, which will prompt you to link your Steam and EA accounts if you haven't already
- Close the game
- If you're buying content from Steam, go ahead and do it, and install that content
- Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and download only your EA-owned packs, not a second copy of the base game
- Load the game and you should see all your owned content
The point is that to use any content you own in Steam, you have to install and play through Steam, AND you have to make sure you're not also installing through the EA App. The App will often download packs into the "wrong" install location, e.g. a secondary game install, keeping them from loading in-game.
