Cannot buy sims 4 dlcs!!!

I am obsessed with The Sims 4 and I constantly need new packs. As a younger user, I cannot get a job and and have to save up over months to get dlcs. Recently when I buy a pack Origin says items in my basket need to removed. I check and it is empty. Then I click add to cart and no matter how many times I click add to cart it still says it is empty. I cannot get custom content either so this is driving me crazy! Does anyone know how to fix this?   • Do you have an underage account ? If so you can't buy DLC through Origin.

    You will need to buy a key from a trusted seller such as Amazon and redeem it on Origin.

    To find the game and it's DLC in Origin, you will need to make sure you are using the same Origin account you either purchased the game with or registered it to, by logging in with your username and password. You can find Sims 4 by selecting the Games Library on the left of the Origin screen.

    Sims 4 should be ready to either to download and install or Play.

    You can view Sims 4's DLC clicking on the tabs, under the Play button. - Extra Content ; Expansion Packs ; Game Packs ; Stuff packs

    If the game is no longer shows up in the Origin client, please try the following things:

    - Restart Origin
    - Log out and back in, using using the email address and username you used to purchase or register the game with.
    - Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
    - Restart your router/modem
    - Uninstall/reinstall Origin

    If the above isn't helping, contact EA's Customer Service:

    1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Find the affected game - in this case select either Origin or Sims 4
    3. Select your platform
    4. Select topic and issue.
    5. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings, time of day and the topic/issue you choose.
