Cannot connect to Gallery

I am having this same issue on both PC/PS4. As someone else also clearly said this is a crossplatform gallery issue I don't understand why this thread is in the PC forum.

I have had this issue since the day the new gallery launched. I primarily play PS4 but my husband who plays PC said today this issue exists for him too. We both have the latest updates. We both have no mods or CC. We both can connect online with our devices otherwise. The only issue is the Sims gallery.

I've tried on my PS4 to rebuild the database & that sometimes works. There is no offline whatever for me. I don't even know what you are talking about. My husband followed you instructions on PC & it did nothing. Origin update when he started his game this morning could that be related for him? I doubt it as I have the same issue.

Also note, my PS4 is hardwired to my modem with no router firewall so this cannot be a setting in our network issue. Please advise.
