Red_Robin6967 Just to be sure, did you buy Get to Work through Steam or the EA App, and are you launching Sims 4 through Steam or the EA App? GtW is part of an EA Play subscription, so that may be how you accessed it in the first place, and then it would have been removed when the sub expired.
As for the game lagging, it's possible this has to do with your missing pack, if it went missing at the same time as the lag showed up. It's also possible these are unrelated. So please test a new save and let me know how it runs.
Please also provide a dxdiag, for reference. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I bought it through steam, just as every other pack i own + the basegame. Im usually launching it through steam, though it gives me the same error no matter whixh option i try.
As for trying to run it and making a new safe file, i cant open it, just gives me an error message cuz my content file is locked.

Hey Red_Robin6967,
It sounds like the initial, free version of Get to Work you got before purchasing the pack was through a subscription, such as Xbox Game Pass PC or EA Play. When that subscription ended, it took your access to the pack along with it.
In this case, since you own the pack outside the subscription through Steam, you'll need to contact live support and have them take a look at your account to make sure the pack is accessible.
Let us know how it goes, thanks!
