I don't share my account with anyone or have been hacked and i lost 1500+ hr of in game hours in the sims 4 and all of my packs and add-ons the only thing it says i own is the holiday celebration pack and I also lost the sim and the sims and the sims 2-3 and it’s showing the last things that I bought and installed, but it’s saying I don’t own nothing no mods in game either

If this guide isn't helping and your purchased packs are not showing up then you have a separate issue. The fix in this video only applies to fully installed packs that show as deactivated.
FOR PLAYERS WHO USE STEAM AND EA
To resolve your "pack not recognised as purchased" situation, try logging out of both the EA app and Steam, then log back into each one. After that, reconnect your EA account to your Steam account so they can sync properly.
IF YOU DONT USE STEAM USE THIS GUIDE:
Log out of your ea account in game, and log out of the EA app Then log back into the ea app first then load the game and log into it there.
Your packs should show up. Once they’re synced, you should be able to install the packs that weren’t showing up before.

It’s not coming up as disabled is coming up and saying I don’t own any of the packs that I have bought the last couple packs I have bought was royalty and Legacy and get famous and nothing is working
If they are disabled use this method to get them back!
