Can't get online to claim event awards
I'm playing the recent event, and can't update missions or claim awards. I'm logged in both on the app and the web. My wifi is on and working, and yet... What do I do?

OliviaTheCat I realize it's somewhat late, but are you able to use the Gallery? If not, does it help to use a different network? For example, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home wifi, and connect to that.
