Cant place lots after yesterdays update

so i uptaded my game yesterday as usual and took all my mods and cc out, turned on the setting, put them back in and restarted.  however when i try to load my build in it just says system error and the terrain from the last build stays. i havent had post update issues before so im not really sure. 

The build is my saved version of one i found on the gallery. its a replacement for chateau peak in del sol but i made my own version to fit my sims better and to add more rooms since i have rromates. My version does have cc (tho i cant rememer what, prob some plants) but it hasent beeen a problem before plus i have waayy more cas cc than build. I got overwhelmed with my sims last house being to big and tried to find a replacement but i felt i didnt like any of them so i wanted the place their old house and just remove on the floors. I do have the original build in my gellery but i wanted to place my version to save all the rooms induvidually. I tried in old save files, new save files, recovered save files. My game also crashed yesterday after the update when i was trying out different lots for my family. I was so overwhelmed from not finding something my taste that i just my computer off and went to sleep. Should i not have done that? can it be fixed because i really want to the room of my grounup sim who has to move out for university now. it is an expensive and big lot but all my builds are such and ive never had issues before.

help pls i dont want to start over. i thought my save file was buggged but since the problem transfered over to a completely new one with new sims idk what to do. i dont really wanna play the game until i can have their house with all their collections and achievements. im really bummed. i wouldnt have tested new lots i knew this was the ending :( i would add screenshots of the error messages but i dont how to find screenshots
