Can't play game since new add on

So like a week ago I tried moving the game to an external hard-drive and at some point it worked, i still can't open the mods folder because apparently the documents folder (and so the ea folder didn't got created either). I can't move my mods onto the external driver either. Today i got the werewolves and vampires add on, it wasn't really working so i repaired the game and all the add ons, and those two stopped at 86%, i re-tried and same thing, I then tried to just open the game and see if somehow it worked but now my game won't load. It just says:

"Cannot start because the below file appears to be corrupted.
Please repair or reinstall the game via Origin.
D:\The Sims 4\GP04\ClientFullBuild0,package
(bdbb60ea:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]"

But I don't have origins anymore, and i haven't found any solutions for this.
