Emilio2206077 Do you still need help? If so, restart your computer and delete the GP04 folder in the error message, then open the EA App and download Vampires again.
As for moving your saves and other user data to the external, here's how you'd do it:
The folder will exist if the game has opened once on this computer (and you haven't deleted the folder in the interim), but make sure you're looking for it in the correct Documents folder. If you have trouble with this process, let me know what's not working.
