I bought Sims4 DLC's and while two worked, the third code tells me it was already redeemed. When I wrote the support from where I got the code, they told me that this is a known issue with EA-App and that I should get in contact with them. So I dunno where to contact anything at all, so I just write here..

If you've purchased an already used code from a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to get in contact with the retailer this code was purchased from for either a refund or replacement code.
