Fail to Launch Game

Since the most recent update, I keep getting "fail to launch game" due to an issue on EA's end. I have done every single thing I can find online for trying to get it to work, and nothing has helped. I contacted EA and spoke to support days ago and they said it was a known issue and they couldn't help and they closed my case. Now I can't get ahold of anyone. What do I do? Am I just doomed to never play again?
