To make sure this isn't a caching issue, as in, the codes worked but you can't see them, please run the EA App Recovery tool:

If that doesn't help, where did you buy the packs? It's possible you received bad codes, which is not uncommon with third-party sellers. The only way to find out is to contact EA customer support and ask that someone check the codes for you.
