Career outfits not working (hospital)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the carreer locations
What happens when the bug occurs? I know there was a bug about the science carrer, but as far as I know it didnt affect the other two carreers. But now I didnt play as a doctor a long time, I wanted to try it again. I remember last time it was working normally, though I dont remember when was the last time I was playing as a doctor. So now, when my sim went to job, she was wearing her nurse outfit, but everyone else who works at the hospital was wearing wrong outfit. Including patients who werent wearimg the hospital gown, just their everyday outfit. When I made a new sim and made her to get a job at the hospital, at the first time she showed up she was wearing a wrong outfit too.
What do you expect to see? To wear their carreer outfit, and the patients (who sit on beds) wear hospital gown.
