CAS taking too long to load

I don't have any issues when playing the household, i only have that issue when you start up the game (especially when playing on a new save)

My mods is disabled and i don't use cc so it can't be because of that it's on loading screen

I expect it to work normally without taking too long to load when entering CAS

I hope i'm not the only one that takes too long to enter CAS?

edit: oh thank goodness i can share it in here, i struggles with this for like a week now but for some reasons i couldn't share this problem untill now

i made this post in an another category but i got a commend that leaded me to "The Sims 4 Technical issues PC" not knowing if this was a bug thing or technical issues

never cc or mods

    oh and forgive me if this was posted by an another person but this part of The Sims 4 bugged me

    sailorleontine​  Please remove your Mods folder anyway, at least long enough to test.  I've seen the occasional report of mods still having an impact when allegedly disabled.

    If this doesn't help, please let me know whether CAS is slow to load for any household, including a new one, or only for one sim or one household or one save.  Please test if you haven't already.

    i can give it a try soon and delete some folders (mostly only cache ones though) to see if mods is the case here

    i only use the mccc and the event mod (forgot the name of it) maybe it's both outdated now

    hopefully CAS loads normally after deleting or atleast place the mods elsewhere
